INSTRUCTIONS:

This engraving service applies to all balls that we offer engraving on including: Footballs, Basketballs, Rugby Balls, Soccer Balls, Medicine Balls, and Baseballs.  Exceptions and limitations exist, so please ask if you have any questions.

A) Select the Ball that you want engraved and add it to your shopping cart
B) Add "Laser Engraving Service" to your shopping cart and enter your engraving details using the "Special instructions for seller" box in your shopping cart, or use our "Contact Us" page to send an e-mail with engraving instructions
Custom options include the following:
1) NAME or INITIALS
or
2) Custom Text  
and/or
3) Custom logo.  (Submit a high resolution B+W jpeg)

COST: $25.00 per panel

TIMING: Engraved balls are made to order.  Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Rush fees will apply if needed in under 2 weeks. 

Additional design fees:

Upon request, a mockup and one revision is included in the engraving costs.

Additional revisions may incur additional design fees.

NOTES: 

Fonts: For engraving, we typically use Times Roman, the Trajan Pro font, or the Liberator font, however if there is a font you prefer you may request that.
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
The Process: Custom engraving techniques include Laser engraving or Heat debossing.  Either option has its' Pros and Cons.

Logos: If submitting logos, they must be high resolution (300dpi) B+W  jpeg files.  Sorry to say, with the laser engraving process, Colors are not engravable.
