Alligator Leather Baseball in White

Genuine White Alligator leather baseball.

A single alligator provided the leather for a small batch of baseballs.

The panels for ball pictured was cut from the tail section.  In addition, some panels were cut from the belly and flanks.  The exact leather and scale grain will differ based on the section of the alligator that the leather was cut from.

*Since American Alligator is considered an exotic species, there is a international treaty to protect animals and plants from threats of international trade, known as CITES: The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) is a global treaty to ensure international trade in wild plants and animals is legal, traceable, and biologically sustainable.
